Payment & Scheduling

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Payment for services is due on the day of cleaning.

• Cancellations require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

• A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if there is not 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

Invoices are delivered electronically for convenience.

Lockout Fee Policy

If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled appointment time and is unable to access the property due to no entry provided, a $75 lockout fee will be charged. This fee covers travel time and the reserved appointment slot. The cleaning appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the lockout fee must be paid before a new appointment is confirmed.
