Cleaning Service Policies

Deposit Requirement
To secure your cleaning appointment, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. This allows us to respect our cleaners’ time and accommodate other clients.

Lockout Policy
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team arrives and cannot access the home due to missing keys, incorrect entry codes, or no one present to allow entry, a $75 lockout fee will be charged. The appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Late Arrival Policy
If the cleaning team is unable to begin service within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment time due to access issues, the appointment may be considered a lockout and the lockout fee will apply.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Move-in and move-out cleaning services vary based on the square footage and condition of the home. Pricing will be confirmed before scheduling.

Add-On Services
Additional services such as oven cleaning, refrigerator deep cleaning, interior cabinets, baseboards, and other specialty tasks must be requested at the time of booking to allow proper scheduling and preparation.

Discounts
We proudly offer discounts for Military, Teachers, and First Responders as a thank you for your service to the community. Valid identification is required.

Payment Policy
Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept approved electronic payment methods and cash.

Our goal is to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address the concern.
